Radovan goes souvenir hunting
Radovan needs to find a couple of small gifts for (small) friends in his village, so first he checked out the icons for sale here. The seller was checking out Radovan.
These are Greek worry beads that men carry and swing like car keys. Radovan thinks it may be a good way to stop smoking, since it keeps your hands busy. Serbia is third in Europe for the number of smokers, so he bought quite a few for friends back home.
These antiques were a bit pricey for Radovan's budget, but he really wanted to buy the Venus... (Note: Oops! Thank you to Dan of McKinneydailyphoto for pointing out to me that in Athens the lovely goddess is known as Aphrodite, not Venus!)

Radovan is really getting into the shopping in Greece. I also found myself strangely attracted to the Venus, so me Radovan and Vulcan all have something in common! Also, since you were in Greece, I think she is called Aphrodite there!
hmmmm....
"Louis" is surprised Radovan wasn't checking out the seller, hoping to bring HER back as a souvenir.....
(Editor to "Louis:" That was a blatantly sexist comment, "Louis!" Women are not trophies or souvenirs!
"Louis" to Editor: You are just jealous because no one checks YOU out. Small wonder with the cantankerous personality... )
OOps, yes, thanks dan! She indeed is Aphrodite in Greece. And there are still little girls called Aphrodite.
Oh, Radovan like very much shopping....
Louis does have wonderful view on things. As a former smoker I agree the something to do with one's hands is quite true. Photography is a good idea, but those beads would do too.
I am thinking you might want to consider doing a book of Radovan's adventures! He is priceless!
The seller doesn't look very happy, those dishes are beautiful.
Yes, she is Aphrodite.
