ABC Wednesday--"U" is for "unsettling"
I like this floor pattern in downtown hallway where a friend lives, I really do, but I find it somewhat unsettling to walk on...which way are those little blocks going to tumble? :)
Undulating under our undercarriage. I totally agree with James, one of THE coolest floors. Your photo of a section of it makes it all the more interesting. I did a small wall hanging quilt on a sewing machine with one of the squares with these blocks. Still remember how time consuming the diagonal corners were to sew.

I agree, it makes me dizzy looking at it.
Vertigo (next week)
Makes me dizzy. Fun image.
Very dizzyfying! I have a picture of a floor exactly like that—it's in the doge's palace, in Venice.
What a great photo! But, I'd probably fall on my keister trying to negotiate this hallway!
on dirait un casse tete chinois ;o))
I like the pattern too. But, would not like to walk across that floor looking down. Made me dizzy just scrolling past.
I think I would get dizzy walking on this pattern!
The only thing missing is Q-Bert.
hee hee...
«Louis» didn't know M.C. Escher did floors!
Makes me dizzzzzy
That is one of the coolest floors that I've seen. Wow!
Excellent!

I'm with Louis le V... It looks like an Escher to me! Love this pattern...
