A woman with dyed hair like this inspired a character for me. Terrific capture!
She is very attractive, with or without blue hair.
But Nordstrom's is just across the street. She could get a makeover.
I rather like her color choice.
She's very pretty. Not sure if that's because of her blue hair—or in spite of it.
