You are right, that's why it's important to share a smile from time to time to with someone we don't know, it goes sometimes much further than we may think. A good friend of mine told me that one day and I try not to forget it.
I agree with Thérèse ,,,, a smile can change the day and world for that other person ...a free gift we can give to everybody, wich is priceless to them

I always think "There but for the grace of God go I." and try to smile or speak to someone elderly or alone. One day that will be me and I'd appreciate a kind smile or gesture.
