PICKLED RED ONIONS
My grandmother used to make these around Thanksgiving and now so have I. Great as a tart side, in salads, or in a leftover turkey sandwic...

It brings a bit of colour to an otherwise dull concrete wall!
Nice photo with the kite in the background.
It works, and it looks like they had a good breeze.
I like the kite, the rest not so much.
Quite a contrast from the busy mural and the calm flying the kite.
It's as if the kite flyers don't even know what's on the wall below them.
