THEME DAY APRIL 2024 --MEDICINE

 I took medicine literally. Here are my vitamins (a kind of medicine...) and a couple other cold, headache killers. In the middle is something I have avoided having.... I associate it with 'old people,' but my daughter  insisted I get it when I had some infection and had to take another pill for a month....  But it may come in handy for my vitamins, etc. while traveling.

By the way, you see the multivitamins are For Her. I goofed once and bought For Him, and saw no difference, ha.

NIGHT LIFE

 Like any other large city, Belgrade has its  night life, more accentuated in some sections of town than others. I was waiting for my friend to show up and slyly snapping from a park pench. This girl's garter attracted me, but I guess that's what she was looking for.

(Jedno Mesto means 'one/a certain place', and is usually used when someone has to leave the table to go to the bathroom.)

 This is a post that would be better in color, but maybe not. These colors were soooo pale.

ELDER PUP

 Elder Pup is the euphemism I give to older dogs. Somehow nicer than 'old dog'.  This little fellow was 15 years old.

ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-THREE YEARS OLD

 This house on a side street near me needs a bit of facade work. It has a lovely garden that is rented out for an equally lovely outdoor cafe when the weather is warmer. I am not sure if anyone lives year-round in it.

Above the side door (not visible here) there is a date stone that reads 1901, making the house one hundred and twenty-three years old.

LOST IN THOUGHT

 This sweet lady sat down next to Madhu and me in the park the other evening. We chatted a bit and then she smiled sweetly and retreated into her own thoughts.

CHARLIE IN BELGRADE

 I met a Charlie Chaplin wannabe last evening. This fellow makes a living by doing kids' birthday parties.

WHERE ARE MY CIGARETTES?

 "Where ARE my cigarettes?" she's probably wondering. I don't smoke, but whatever I hunt in my purse always seems to be at the very bottom.  I'm still plugging along with my self-imposed Monochrome Month of March Meme.
