WEEKEND REFLECTION--homemade brandies

I have a Serbian friend here in Seattle who has lived here as long as I've lived in Serbia. Her husband, now retired, devotes part of his time to making homemade brandy and when we had them for dinner the other evening, guess what they brought....from back to front there's apricot brandy, cherry brandy, and grape....

See other reflections on James' WEEKEND REFLECTION.

Nice composition of bottles and contents. The surface of the bar offers a great matter for reflection ; great choice.

These bottles are so pretty, I'd never guess they were filled with brandy. How did they taste?

Home made brandy, bet it's potent Bibi! Like the pale colour with the cork in top, bet it's the grape brandy!

SUNSET

A beautiful urban sunset over New Belgrade. The 'smoke' from the stacks on the left is actually just steam from the heating plant....
