My grandmother used to make these around Thanksgiving and now so have I. Great as a tart side, in salads, or in a leftover turkey sandwic...

At first I thought they were vases.You just taught me pineapples were bromeliads... For me they were just the easy to care houseplant with beautiful flowers!
You learn something new everyday!!! I never knew a pineapple was a bromeliad!!!
