It was bitter cold when I took this photo. I somehow feel the need for long walks when it's really cold. Bibi does not share my opinion, and would be quite happy walking around the block.

PICKLED RED ONIONS
My grandmother used to make these around Thanksgiving and now so have I. Great as a tart side, in salads, or in a leftover turkey sandwic...

It appears too cold for moi! And kinda icy. I'd probably slip and land on my you-know-what and then I wouldn't be able to play golf so I think I'll stay inside where it's warm! :)
