PICKLED RED ONIONS
My grandmother used to make these around Thanksgiving and now so have I. Great as a tart side, in salads, or in a leftover turkey sandwic...

It's one of the problems of evolution - we have evolved to realize that sweet stuff is a hell of lot better than most everything else.

I could be quite happy in a bakery!
I must be strange because those sweet pasties don't appeal to me maybe because I get heartburn. I can look and admire but that's about it.
I'm not fussy; will take two of any of them.
I always think to myself, "Eyes right!" (or left as needed) lol
