FILM NOIR
My urban neighborhood is often used for filming. Above is just a passer-by, but the whole scene reminded me of something from a FILM NOIR.

Luka looks dressed for winter. I used to roller skate around Green Lake when I lived on a sailboat on Lake Union. Long ago.
