I often see this fellow sitting along a busy street near me and at first wondered why he wouldn't choose a quieter place.
But I think he has found inner peace, and has blocked out all that's going on around him.

It looks like he has money box in front of him and his position tells me he may be offering special prayers for a price. Kinda like most churches do. :)

He looks like he is distributing pamphlets and asking for alms. His gesture is that of prayer. Peace is hard to find.
