I think this is a high school...not sure who painted this jazzy mural, but it's an eyecatcher.

DINING IN DECADENCE
I have always wanted to dine at Paris's lavish restaurant Le Train Bleu, in the Gare de Lyon. Yesterday I did, and it was fabulous.
