I love these guys. Playing traditional Serbian folk music. I think the plum brandy container is empty....fellow was just tapping it for effect.

FILM NOIR
My urban neighborhood is often used for filming. Above is just a passer-by, but the whole scene reminded me of something from a FILM NOIR.
