This little girl, her parents, and her friends celebrated her birthday at a restaurant on a pedestrian street downtown. I think she is dressed like Elsa in Frozen. She abandoned her friends for quite a while and played with her heart balloon.

That is a wonderful shot.
I think you posted about the red balloon sometime in the past....made me look up the film. Am I wrong? Well, this is a lovely photo.
