This is a very cropped photo from far away and honestly, I don't think this lady was looking directly at me. Both of these women were watching passers-by, especially young female students who were heading toward the university. Most like many young girls nowadays were not sporting attire that these ladies would approve of....hence the disapproving stink-eye.
