I was also sitting on a bench with my Shorkie, a Shih-Tzu/Yorkie, nearby. She was getting a discreet eye from the dog across the way.

Both curious about each other, no doubt.
Oh this is nice. Having two figures to be interested in, not interacting, but part of the whole scene. And then of course, the cute dog eyeing your dog, which I wouldn't have known what he's eyeing but you told in the narrative. Just nice composition and a story to wonder about.
