PICKLED RED ONIONS
My grandmother used to make these around Thanksgiving and now so have I. Great as a tart side, in salads, or in a leftover turkey sandwic...

Very cool!
This photograph reminds me of when I was a child I would hold string and make geometric designs with it. Other kids would put their fingers or hands inside. It was a lot of fun. Now I look up and see wires. Sometimes I dislike that wires are there but in this image it sparks wonderful reflections of times past. It is a winner photograph.
