BLUE HAIR = BLOND
Here in Serbia the word 'plava' (blue) is also used to refer to a blond man or woman. I don't know what color this young woman's hair really is, but she is certainly 'plava' here.
Ha. They would have had to make her blonde before her hair could take the blue dye. Yes. Those colors have to go on white/blonde hair. I know, because I'm gray/white headed, and on a spree had some blue added some years ago.
