At first I thought this was a leftover ghost from Halloween, but it's only some material stuck on a tree branch next to the Greek Embassy.

STRESS BALL--SQUEEZE ME!
Life in the big city is stressful in various degrees. This lady next to me in the bus was giving this stress ball a real workout.
