"Wear your hat" is advice I should keep repeating to myself. As soon as I go out when it is cold and windy, in less than 15 minutes I get a chill. And now, as a result, this is my second day in bed. Oh, woe, when will I ever learn?

Bummer. I had a scare a few years ago while out on a too hot bike ride, so these days I always wear a cap during the Summer and a "mössa" as soon as it gets cold.
