It's cold. Not Moscow or Nordic/Arctic cold, but it is very cold. There are homeless shelters here, but some street people chose to sleep outdoors.

THE FROZEN BIKER
Biker on the sidewalk along the Danube (Yes, this is Serbia....) who appears not to be moving, therefore frozen, despite the heat!
