Life in the big city is stressful in various degrees. This lady next to me in the bus was giving this stress ball a real workout.

DINING IN DECADENCE
I have always wanted to dine at Paris's lavish restaurant Le Train Bleu, in the Gare de Lyon. Yesterday I did, and it was fabulous.

Could be a physical therapy exercise tool also....she has big knuckles, maybe arthritis.
