...when toy stores will do just about anything to lure kids inside. Not sure how effective this is for the kids (it must be...), but it sure worked on me. This dinosaur, whose head looks like that of a tyrannosaurus, but whose body resembled that of a raptor, was roaring and moving in a very life-like manner. A little boy and his mother emerged from a nearby underground passage way, and he let out a scream and headed back down.
Super Hero is the first thing that came to mind when I saw this dog near the military museum in Kalemegdan Park. On the other hand, he could be an escapee from a federal penitentiary....
This lady (I had believed her to be a man) caught my eye as she wandered up a street downtown in this voluminous coat. She appeared headless....and handless, too.
These are tops of perhaps a stone wall or column pieces. The Mosque in Belgrade, that I showed you in this post several years ago, has been renovated, but these were always lying in the same place and haven't been moved.
Cold and icy was what it was the other day. I positively intensely dislike snow and ice in the city. In the country, if I were sitting in a nice warm kitchen looking out the window at all the white, that's another story.
But these leaves and berries and snow did provide me with a pretty still life, so I guess I shouldn't complain.
