ABC WEDNESDAY--"F" is for "free time"

Stretching it a bit for an F this week. I wanted to call this photo "The Merry Widows" or something like that, since these ladies are all wearing black, the symbol of mourning here.

I'm back in Belgrade, but not in my apartment yet...ongoing renovations....slow workers....  I'm camping out at various friends' places a few days at a time.

Still an old cell phone photo....  By the time I got my cell phone ready, three black cats had taken off...and there were three.

An 'old' sky, because this was taken last winter....relying for a little bit on old cell phone photos until I get up and around in Belgrade again.  It's so darn hot.....

The window on the wall

I'm back in Belgrade. My apartment renovations are not finished, and won't be for about 10 more days.  I'm 'camping' at some friends' places here and there, and relying for just now on some old cell phone (not great quality....) photos.

I like this one taken last winter.  The building needs some serious facade work....

THEME DAY--Bicycle

I'm still in the US until next weekend, so this is a repost from 2013....a Serbian bike and its owner....

"Real" Seattlites don't carry umbrellas....so I imagine these folks were tourists and using their 'parasols' to shield themselves from some sunny Seattle skies.

Not an accident. Just chillin', since he must be 'all done in'....  Tired from the lines to go up the Space Needle!

Several of you have written to ask why I haven't begun to post again since my last post in (May!).

The above photo is partly why. There are two missing grandhildren and my whole family is here in Seattle until Aug. 7th.....then back to Belgrade where I really will begin to post again shortly after my arrival.
