Here I am in Seattle, and am showing you a view of the city from Lake Union. My future in-laws chartered a boat to celebrate my daughter and their son's upcoming wedding in Belgrade. The boat, "My Girl," sailed us along Lake Union and Lake Washington for two hours....yummy food, too.Thursday, August 13, 2009

My grandmother used to make these around Thanksgiving and now so have I. Great as a tart side, in salads, or in a leftover turkey sandwic...

Yay! You are officially "here" in Seattle blogwise! Sounds like you had a lovely celebratory cruise with the fam. Beautiful lights in your shot and the downtown looks magical. I love your cloud capture. This little rain was so refreshing.
That is what we would call a view and a half. Really puts the height of the Needle in perspective.
