Or perhaps you don't take the bus? Sometimes I do, and sometimes I take my car, like I did when I snapped this photo at a red light....I do this a lot.
The gentleman is reading a newspaper while another passenger reads over his shoulder. The lady in front is pick...uh, scratching her nose, another lady appears lost in her thoughts, and I can't make out what the silhouetted mystery figure is doing.
Perhaps she is watching me.

Obviously, if one is riding a bus one should beware of photographers lurking about!
Great shot!
I was thinking the same thing Jacob wrote. These days yhere are cameras (&bloggers) everywhere, LOL!
This photo tells a story, well done Bibi.
PS
Your banner photo looks like a lovely painting.
Is he reading the Belgrade Gazette or the Serbia Daily Journal?
Fun moment in time. People are amazing, aren't they? I mean, aren't we?
I mostly avoid taking the bus, though sometimes it does make sense for me. More often than not I'll ride one of my scooters -:)
I am only hoping there is not a single Bibi in Chandler... lol
C'est fou ce que l'on peut découvrir en stoppant le temps par l'image! Passionnant.
Gotta love those mystery figures.
Well, I could do the pick... scratching my nose bit, but reading a newspaper or being in deep thought is not often thought of as the savest way to drive a bus, since I am a busdriver.
When I am a passenger, I usually chat with the driver: all colleagues after all.
Great drive by shot Bibi. I'm not good at that although I usually have the camera on the floorboard.

I think the mystery figure IS watching you watching her. I ride the subway (as these people might as well be for all they're enjoying the view out the window).
Must have a book, or sometimes a movie or TV show I've downloaded to my iPod.
That woman is totally reading the paper of that man's shoulder. I love seeing that because I always wonder what caught their attention - just because it was there, was the person totally bored, or was it a section they never read? Hmmm, we shall never know.
Great shot!
I love taking random indiscreet photos like this too - great job!
I remember a sweltering day going to Mostar, this hot Englishman
opened window of bus to cool off.
Locals promptly shut it,it ended
in a sort of to and fro with locals
eventually conceding.
Mostar's old bridge a treat,as were
the jumpers off.
hello!....reading the paper is the first thing that i do in the bus!
ciao, Luis
gosh, I'm glad you are not taking photos of cars here where I may be 'scratching' my nose. Nicely caught diverse private moments in a public place. I always think of a car as such a personal space...and a bus as public. But both have windows, hmmm.
I spent all my life in the bus when I lived in Serbia... and now I am trying to organize the bus tour for my son who was born in the U.S. and who is crazy about the song "The wheels on the bus go round and round..." and who never traveled by bus. Such an irony...
