Soaking up some rays

Hurrah! Spring arrived like clockwork (BTW, we haven't set out clocks ahead yet, though...) and the last few days have been gorgeous. People have been out and around all weekend, walking by the river, walking their dogs, playing ball, sitting in cafes, and soaking up the rays. Even these mannequins were tired of modeling indoors at Belgrade's Chinese market, and slipped out to soak up a few rays. Better get that sunblock.

Okay, you got me. Have Serbian mannequins no sense of shame? Have the Serbian authorities sunk to the point where they will tolerate anything?

Those models must have frozen their butts off unless it's REALLY warm now in Belgrade!

Damn kids and there spring break. Getting drunk and taking off their clothes in public. Back in my day we still had modesty.

Just kidding that is a funny shot though. :)

Hey, hey, hey! Hi boys! I'm glad to see the posterior view, it leaves something to the imagination. And happy 1st day of Spring.

This brings a new meaning to 'bottoms up'! Very cool pose by the young 'lady'! I'm glad you are keeping this PG-13 - no frontal views. Just love it!

Lol! Bibi this is so funny.
I'm still tired from setting the clocks ahead last weekend. I wish it didn't have to be.

I like the new uninhibited Serbian mannequins! The question is are they anatomically correct? Methinks I know the answer!

For some reason a couple of them sure have funny heads!

Very amusing, Bibi. Meanwhile, here in the States there's an epidemic of vitamin D deficiency (my doc has me taking 2,000 IU) because we're so sunscreen-obsessed. Apparently you can either have skin cancer or a serious vitamin D deficiency. Your choice.

Dear me, I missed this, Bibi! Great shot - love it. No I didn't get the inspiration for today's from your photo but I could have done! I took mine a week or so ago. Love your commentary with this post.

My grandmother used to make these around Thanksgiving and now so have I.  Great as a tart side, in salads, or in a leftover turkey sandwic...
