Taking a break after the holidays

Now that Belgrade has enforced its no-smoking law, it's hard to find a place to take a legal puff. Parks are still okay to do so, and this couple, or at least half of the couple, is enjoying a nicotine moment.

Long hair on guys is still in apparently, as the dark-haired man here proves.

This photo piques my interest: Who are they? What are they doing there? What do they do for a living? Why does he have long hair? Why does she smoke? Does he smoke?

Excellent shot!

Plus it can be cold outside to have a smoke.

I was going to say what Olivier said—you pretty much can't smoke anywhere in New York anymore. And that's a good thing! (Meanwhile, his hair is longer than hers—takes me right back to the '60s.)

Here there is now a ban on smoking in parks and other public places .. and as for the long hair .. its only in style in that guy's mind ..

I am a lifetime non-smoker and was the daughter who refused to empty ashtrays or get cigarettes from the drawer in the kitchen, etc, etc... But even I think we've (the US) gone overboard in our restrictions...I understand ballparks and outdoor theaters...but the park??? Big brother is alive and well!!!

WAITING FOR THE PARMACY TO OPEN

This fellow was reading a flyer while waiting for the pharmacy behind him to open. Nothing, special; just a slice of life.
