Just walking...

Many older people I see strolling along do so with their hands clutched behind their backs.

As an older person who often strolls along just like this I have to say that hands clutched behind the back helps to keep one from falling face down on the concrete.

In reality it relieves the stress on the back to remain upright!

«Louis» has often noticed that elderly Chinese in the San Francisco Chinatown walk like this as well.

so beautifully captured. i, too, walk like this when i'm strolling without my camera...particularly when i'm engrossed in conversation with a friend.
