Don't mess with Winnie the Pooh

I loved the contrast between this girl's backpack and her 'bracelets'....or whatever they are...and her gloves...

Good eyes, Bibi. Youngsters nowadays have sooo many influences, it is a wonder they can come up for air.

Confirms my longstanding suspicion that Winnie the Pooh is a lot tougher than he looks! Great catch, Bibi.

Cela fait penser a l'expression: "Une main de fer dans un coeur de velours"

What a contrast - or, Alexa may have it "spot on."

What a funny shot! She wants to be a "Goth" or something tough, and then she carries a Winnie the Pooh book bag. So typical of this age.

Brilliant capture Bibi, she's looking so cool and then...actually I personally think the Winnie the Pooh bag is the coolest thing about the outfit!

LOL!!! I love the Betwixt and Between age!!! Our friend's daughter is 14 and just a delight...one minute she's the lovely young teenager just beginning to blossom, and the next minute she's still the kid!!!
It's the reason my favorite age when teaching in public school was Junior High School!!!

PICKLED RED ONIONS

My grandmother used to make these around Thanksgiving and now so have I.  Great as a tart side, in salads, or in a leftover turkey sandwic...
