Bird lovers

About two weeks ago I caught the older gentleman feeding pigeons in Kalemegdan Park. I printed out a photo and have been going back to the park to find him, but so far, no luck.  The sweet lady in the bottom photo was very happy I took her photo....gotta print one out for her, too.

The birds must be used to the man in particular.

These are amazing. Worthy of a story in your local newspaper.

It is a great benefit to photographers when we share our images with our subjects. Well done.

Don't much care for pigeons, though. I remember people like this when I was growing up in New York.

Another duo of great street shots. I love the 2nd one where the bird looks about to land on the woman's head!

I hope that you will dind the gentleman again to hand him the print. He seems so lonely....Funny that almost always elderly people and children feed birds.
Thank you for visitng my blog and leaving such nice comments! I do remember the huge bats flying in Udaipur, so fascinating.

These are fantastic! I'd love to show them to my daughter Lila (who would appreciate your skill with a camera), but since she's ornithophobic—maybe not.

SUNSET

A beautiful urban sunset over New Belgrade. The 'smoke' from the stacks on the left is actually just steam from the heating plant....
