My trip to Lyon draws to a close today. I have enjoyed every minute of it. My friend Véronique has done her very best to fulfill my every wish! The above photo shows an andouillette with potatoes gratinées. There are several types of andouillette and are basically composed of pork innards.

Yet to try that. But it looks tasty enough.
