WEEKEND REFLECTIONS--ON THE FERRY

Took the ferry to Bremerton last week to meet up with another yet-unknown to me blogger....photo tomorrow.

This young man was seated inside across the deck from me, and his reflective shadow caught my eye, along with the light's reflections on the window.

 Quite an impressive array of windows on these Seattle buildings.  They seem to merge into one...

Tiny, but only in size

This Chihuahua may be tiny, but he has no trouble keeping up with a walk around Green Lake here in Seattle.

At the coffee house

Another shot from yet another coffee house.....a bit blurred, since even though I have my camera on the table, and stealthily snap, I am always concerned I'll be  spotted!

On another bus

Being without my own car here obliges me to ride the city buses, which I do not mind doing.  Gives me the opportunity, of course, to sneak shots like the one of this man, doing what I sometimes like to do:  browse through properties and houses I could never afford.

Starbucks

Stopped in for a café at the Starbucks on Capitol Hill here in Seattle.  Sadly, I'm always taken by the number of street people here. 

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

2017 is here....and the green lights are up for moving ahead....I wonder  how well this will work with the new president of the Free World.....  Personally, I wish we could run full speed through these lights until 2020.....and I hope not all the way to 2024...
