A threesome....

Occasionally I run across a single shoe on the street....and I always wonder how it was lost.  Here, though, there are three, and none of them match.

Never did discover the story behind these slippers, and doubt if these three will tell their tale either.

SHADOW SHOT SUNDAY--Šipan Island, Croatia

Taken at the port of Šipan  in Croatia. I'm not sure why, but this makes me think of a 1950s French movie.

SKYWATCH--from the Big Apple

Not a Belgrade sky, but this photo sent to me by my friend Marianne, who is from NYC and now spending the summer there, was too good to pass up.

A double rainbow over her house.  I wonder if there are two pots of gold.

Thanks to my son for this photo he sent of an arrangement of animals, though not at the zoo, made by my granddaughter.

A tea party....

The stationary Trabant

The Trabant was the iconic symbol of the now defunct East Germany, and had the reputation of being uncomfortable, slow, noisy, and a heavy polluter.  You still see them around occasionally, like this one parked on a street near me. It's always in the same place, or one space ahead or behind, and never has a parking ticket on it.....

Don't you just love how the exhaust pipe is held on?

Happy Fourth of July to my American readers.

Look at what I am  not sure....I couldn't see anything worthwhile....maybe just like the old joke:   "See?  Made you look!"
