I love this capture of that laid back way of life. We had a cabin out in the boonies when the children were small, but all we had was a creek...and that was pretty neat. There is something about this shot which is so vintage and appealing to me. genie

This is a superb photo! But I like my get-away places a little less rustic. I don't like the notion of collapsing into the river in the middle of the night! :-)

Looks like it could be a bayou here in the states!!!

THE ROOF CAVED IN....

 Well, not the entire roof. Just the back side, which is not visible here. Every year I make a gingerbread house. Notice I said 'made,...
