Cold and icy was what it was the other day. I positively intensely dislike snow and ice in the city. In the country, if I were sitting in a nice warm kitchen looking out the window at all the white, that's another story.
But these leaves and berries and snow did provide me with a pretty still life, so I guess I shouldn't complain.

Nice haiku for the season.
It IS beautiful though. Some people would rather be cold than hot and some vice versa—I have a feeling you and I are in the same camp. :~}
We got about that much snow last night. Why am I not in summery South Africa yet? Stay warm.
