One of those shots that would have been really good if it were not blurred, but in some way looks just fine like this.

FILM NOIR
My urban neighborhood is often used for filming. Above is just a passer-by, but the whole scene reminded me of something from a FILM NOIR.

Netter not blurry? I don't know—I really like the sense of movement and mystery here.
