Were you right?
Were you right in guessing 'a mushroom' yesterday? I was playing with my food again. I love mushrooms, all kinds (edible...) and if you would like a killer recipe for the BEST mushroom soup, click right here!
I noticed that several of the commentators got it right. I eat mushrooms in salads, etc., but never look at them. So I wouldn't know a mushroom from a living room.
Love what you've done here, Bibi! I can't stand mushrooms, but yours are gorgeous (besides, I don't have to eat them). Yesterday's photo is just a-mazing! (Speaking of food, my wv is "oaters".)
A really professional looking photo! Look for a food photo contest, this one would be a winner. I looked at the mushroom soup receipe...cool blog. Although I'm sort of curious when soy sauce became part of Hungarian soup.
so well done! love this. Thanks for that excellent link too. I see lots of delicious recipes I definitely want to try. where did you find this amazing food blog?!
Oh course I was right .. I am always right, ask ToonMan .. LOL!!!!!!! And I love mushroom soup, I think I might try this one .. while I do not cook, I also do not think making soup is actually cooking ..
Do love those 'shrooms too, but I wouldn't have guessed the right answer. Thanks for the link, Bibi. Good one! Just stirred a pile of mushrooms into a stew tonight.
This is a beautiful shot, I love the lighting. I clicked on the soup link and I can't wait to try it especially since my husband's family has Hungarian roots. Thanks so much for stopping by my blog.

I guess the benefit in not visiting everyday is I get the answer with out the work -:) Fun images, Bibi. Playing with your food is a good thing!
I love mushrooms too. I use them a lot in my food, especially during the fast. My best recipe is mousaka with mushrooms and not meat.
«Louis» is going to try the soup recipe! Thank you, Bibi!
I'm going to give it a try.

I love the growth patterns in all mushrooms, and fungis. And oh so good to eat. I gather wild shrooms where ever I feel knowledgeable. Fun photo.
I love them too, especially shitaki shrooms. They're the best. Thanks for the recipe.
