Were you right?

Were you right in guessing 'a mushroom' yesterday? I was playing with my food again. I love mushrooms, all kinds (edible...) and if you would like a killer recipe for the BEST mushroom soup, click right here!

I noticed that several of the commentators got it right. I eat mushrooms in salads, etc., but never look at them. So I wouldn't know a mushroom from a living room.

Love what you've done here, Bibi! I can't stand mushrooms, but yours are gorgeous (besides, I don't have to eat them). Yesterday's photo is just a-mazing!
(Speaking of food, my wv is "oaters".)

A really professional looking photo! Look for a food photo contest, this one would be a winner.
I looked at the mushroom soup receipe...cool blog. Although I'm sort of curious when soy sauce became part of Hungarian soup.

I love mushrooms too. I use them a lot in my food, especially during the fast. My best recipe is mousaka with mushrooms and not meat.

I love the growth patterns in all mushrooms, and fungis. And oh so good to eat. I gather wild shrooms where ever I feel knowledgeable. Fun photo.

I love them too, especially shitaki shrooms. They're the best. Thanks for the recipe.

Do love those 'shrooms too, but I wouldn't have guessed the right answer.
Thanks for the link, Bibi. Good one! Just stirred a pile of mushrooms into a stew tonight.
