Hands in the bus

Another one of my lap shots, taken when I was sitting opposite an old gentleman in the bus. I though his hands were quite beautiful.

They are beautiful, Bibi, and so is your photo. Love it in b&w too!

I don't know from beautiful...but they do look better than my old hands.

Beautiful shot!

I agree that they are beautiful hands. I like hands too and feel that they can tell a story like no other part of the human body.

Truly beautiful hands,
I would say... hands of a surgeon!!

With the wonderful long fingers I'd say a pianst. Nice capture. Do you have to be sneaky about this kind of shot?

Hands usually reveal a lot. Nails too...

The light is just gorgeous and your composition really works! I love this shot.
I have a series of hand shots I began in the 90s, of my family member's hands and they are among my favorites.

Wonderful lighting. Hard to believe it was not set up in a studio. Great work.

That is a "Bibi from the belly" image! This is an absolute winner for me, always round. Hands are so expressive, especially when static. They belie so much of the owner.

Oh absolutely one of my favourite Bibi photos. So expressive, in repose, wise hands it seems to me. Beautiful!

CROSS-CULTURE BREAKFAST

Have been in India one week. I brought my hostess some ajvar, which she found goes very well on a chapati.
